I sailed with BP for nearly 5 years, then joined the CEGB at Kingsnorth power station, into PowerGen days, then joined Powergen CHP which put gas turbine based power plants into paper mills, chemical works etc. I am still with them 30 years and 2 wives later. I now live in Barnsley, S Yorks and work as a Health and Safety Co-ordinator for the company. I would love to hear from anyone who either sailed with me or remembers the times at Dover.
