Attend the Holy Trinity Church, Ingham for a PWSTS WW2 Memorial Plaque commemorative service. Buffet on completion – between £5 & £6 per person to be confirmed. Smart dress.

Please send a deposit of £10 for each person on completion of this application. The PWSTS has had to pay the hotel a substantial deposit which we will lose if we cancel due to lack of interest. Although this is unlikely to happen please be aware that if you do have to cancel for whatever reason we will not be able to return your deposit. You will be asked about your menu choice nearer the reunion. Full payment required by May 2009.
