DAY 1
Saturday 1st August 2009: Reunion dinner at the RAMADA JARVIS Norwich, Norfolk (UK). We have booked the Presidential Suite which has its own bar and cloak room plus full access to an outside patio area. Tables will be round, seating ten persons. £27 per person (menu to follow) Smart dress required. Rooms £74 per double/twin (normally £130) and £60 per single room. Please book your own room and quote reference number 1987207 (or mention the Prince of Wales Sea Training School) to obtain these discounted prices which includes breakfast and the use of the leisure centre.

DAY 2
Sunday 2nd August 2009: We will attend the Holy Trinity Church, Ingham, which is situated next to Ingham Old Hall for a commemorative service so that we can pay our respects to the PWSTS WW2 Memorial Plaque which is proudly displayed in the church. After the service Ingham village ladies will provide a splendid buffet (Between £5 and £6 per person to be confirmed).

What to do now

The cost per person is £27 for the Saturday reunion dinner and between £5 and £6 per person for the Sunday buffet (to be confirmed). Although it seems like a long way off we still need to know who will be attending etc. Please now send a deposit of £10 per person on completion of your application (below). The PWSTS has had to pay the hotel a substantial deposit which we will lose if we cancel due to lack of interest. Although this is unlikely to happen please be aware that if you do have to cancel for whatever reason you will not be able to recover your deposit. Full payment is required by May 2009.

Hotel Specifications
