I was in Endeavour Class during 1974 assigned to B.P Tanker Company I served on The British Merlin, British Curlew, British Ensign and finally the British Dragoon leaving the sea in 1977. I returned to my home town of Reading Berkshire and went to College full time for two years studying mechanical engineering I worked for several companies specialisation in building management systems as project manager system design engineering and finally sales engineer.

I now lecture at The Royal College of Aeronautical Engineering for REME at Aborfield teaching Mathematics and Mechanical Electrical Engineering.
I married in 1980 and have two sons one of 18 and one of 12.
