I was at the P.W.S.T.S between 67/68.

(Grenville class) I have many fond memories of the school and to this day I still feel very honoured to have been part of it. The school had a very tough regime for 15 year old boys, but we were soon drilled into place, there was no time for thinking of home. I consider myself very lucky for having a class of very good room mates. I still have the school tie and bible that was presented to us by Captain Vine on the day we left the school, of which he he personally wrote his good wishes and then signed it.

I would like to hear from anyone who was in the same class for a chat and bit of catching up. After I left the school I joined the BP tanker company and my first ship was the British Lantern, followed by many more, I stayed with BP until I left the sea for a life ashore and married life.
